These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website pranichealingpcmc.com and the services offered by Vidyasharnm Pranic Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a session, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our services, you ("the client", "you") agree to these terms.
1. Services
We offer Pranic Healing sessions, energy scanning, distance healing, Pranic Psychotherapy, oracle card readings, group meditations, and certified Pranic Healing courses and workshops. Sessions may be conducted in person at our studio in Chinchwad, Pune, or remotely by video call, phone, or distance healing, as agreed at the time of booking.
2. Health & wellbeing disclaimer
Pranic Healing is a complementary, no-touch energy practice intended to support relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or advise discontinuing any treatment prescribed by a qualified doctor. Please continue to follow the advice of your registered healthcare provider and consult them for any medical concern. Our services are offered to adults; clients under 18 require the consent and presence of a parent or guardian.
3. Bookings & payments
Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of payment or as otherwise communicated. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Our GSTIN is 27AOBPJ1572M1ZS.
4. Course enrolment & conduct
Course seats are limited and allotted on a first-confirmed basis. Course materials, manuals, and any recordings are provided for your personal learning only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed. We may decline service or remove a participant in cases of disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and images — and all teaching materials are the property of Vidyasharnm Pranic Studio or its licensors, including the Institute for Inner Studies and the lineage of Master Choa Kok Sui where applicable, and are protected by law.
6. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided in good faith and on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Outcomes from energy healing vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your use of the services.

Vidyasharnm Pranic Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Details you provide: name, phone number, email address, and any message or health context you choose to share when you enquire, book, or enrol.
- Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — only confirmation of payment.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and similar tools to improve the website.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and confirm and deliver sessions, courses, and events.
- To send booking confirmations, schedules, and relevant updates — including by WhatsApp, where you have contacted us there.
- To improve our website and services, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
3. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools, which may include Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may then work less smoothly.
4. Sharing & third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — such as Razorpay (payments), and Google and Meta (hosting, communication, and analytics) — and only as needed to provide our services or comply with law.
5. Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you messages, by contacting us at the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every client to feel cared for. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for our sessions, courses, and events.
1. Healing sessions
- Rescheduling: you may reschedule a booked session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellation: cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), are non-refundable.
2. Courses & workshops
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date are eligible for a full refund, less any payment-gateway charges.
- Cancellations made 2–6 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future course.
- Once a course has begun, fees are non-refundable, as seats and materials have been reserved for you. In genuine emergencies we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future batch.
3. Free events
Complimentary events and group meditations (such as our Yoga Day gathering) carry no charge and therefore no refund; we simply ask that you release your seat if you can no longer attend.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. Any applicable payment-gateway or transaction fees may be deducted.

This policy is offered in good faith and may be applied with compassion in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
